Home Inspector Code of Ethics Module

The goal of the module is to teach inspectors about the Code of Ethics for Home Inspectors.

Upon successful completion of this module, the student will be able to: 

• Recall certain restrictions described by the Code of Ethics;
• Consider another person’s dilemma;
• Evaluate evidence of a conflict of interest or violation of ethics; and
• Resolve conflict.
