Advanced Inspection of Crawlspaces – 3 hrs

The goal of this course is to teach students how to inspect crawlspaces of homes.

Upon successful completion, the student will be able to inspect the underfloor crawlspace structure of a residential building, including:

• properly using personal protection equipment;
• following InterNACHI Standards of Practice;
• applying an inspection checklist;
• writing report narratives using descriptive language; and
• recognizing defects.
